A real person from the region you're visiting who helps with directions, restaurant picks, safety tips, and navigating tricky situations. They're available via WhatsApp during your trip.
Do I pay for my entire trip upfront?
You pay per day of your trip. A 10-day trip on the Basic Plan would be $19.90 total. No hidden fees.
What if I need emergency help on the Freedom Plan?
Every plan includes emergency travel help. The Pro Plan adds priority coordination — meaning faster response times and active follow-up until the situation is resolved.
Is the Planout App required?
No. The app is a Pro-only perk that gives you a personalised dashboard for your trip. Freedom and Basic travellers get everything through WhatsApp and direct communication.
